Now the changes in our routines had become blaring holes void of anything tangible from when Harry was still with us. This was our grief coming through but as we began to make plans for what was yet to come in his journey, final arrangements began to take shape.

But our planning circle was missing a member, one who always came up with alternatives, thus giving the rest of us more to think about than what we needed. Harry was a thinker, and his mind was in constant evolution for ideas on how to do this or how to do that.

This had a way of complicating things sometimes, but it was just the way it was. Now this part of our family dialogue was at a loss, and we could only surmise what his input would have been.
