COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation said it will begin closures on an off-ramp on Interstate 126 West on Monday.
The nighttime closures of the ramp to Colonial Life Boulevard began Monday, with the ramp scheduled to reopen at 10 p.m. on Dec. 20. Dates could change depending on weather, according to SCDOT.

Drivers will be asked to detour to Greystone Boulevard and be directed to Broad River Road, then Bush River Road to access Colonial Life Boulevard.
Message boards, lane closures, and detour signs will be placed along the route to help drivers navigate.
The agency said the closures will allow for work on the Carolina Crossroads Project.
