BATON ROUGE — LSU is making Lane Kiffin one of the highest paid coaches in all of college football.

Per the term sheet he signed with LSU, which The Daily Advertiser obtained through a records request, LSU and Kiffin have agreed to a seven-year, $91 million deal , bringing his annual salary — supplemental pay included — to $13 million annually.

That number is only behind Georgia's Kirby Smart, who makes $13.28 million according to the USA TODAY coaching salary database. At his previous stop, Ole Miss, Kiffin was making $9 million a year.
