NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — North Charleston Police have arrested two people in connection to an armed robbery in which one of the suspects is accused of trying to shoot a victim.
Randy Alfred Austin, 43; and Brianna Lorain Tisdale, 38, both of North Charleston, are each charged with two counts of armed robbery with a deadly weapon. Austin is also charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Police say these charges stem from a Nov. 23 incident in which officers responded to Lambs and Dorchester Roads after they heard that three men had been chasing another man toward a 7-Eleven store. Police spoke to the three men who told officers they had been walking home from the grocery store when they were confronted and held at gunpoint.
