UPDATE: Winter weather advisory includes Wyoming, Livingston and Steuben counties

UPDATE 12:30 p.m.: The National Weather Service has altered the timing of its winter weather advisory that includes Steuben County.

The advisory is now scheduled to be in effect from 2 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday.
