SHREVEPORT, La. – A third teenage suspect in a double homicide that happened Nov. 19 on Clyde Fant Parkway has been arrested.
Denis Scott, 18, was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center Sunday evening, according to booking information. He’s charged with two counts of second-degree murder and one count of attempted second-degree murder.
Two other teens are already in jail. Travelia Loston, 17, and Joshua Thomas, 18, are held on the same charges.
All are accused in the shooting deaths of Frederick Kiprono, 43, and Tatum Ashley, 18.
Shreveport police said Ashley was the intended target in the shooting.
He and a third person, who was shot but survived, were passengers in Kiprono’s Uber when the shooting took place.
Scott, Loston and Thomas were reportedly traveling northbound on Clyde
