CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Director of Public Safety for the City of Cleveland, Wayne Drummond, declared a Snow Emergency Parking Ban effective from 12 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025 until 12 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025.

As a result of the ban, stopping, standing and parking vehicles will be restricted and prohibited on city streets with posted red and white signs, the release said.

The Public Safety Office said during the period of the emergency, parking of any vehicles is prohibited upon any or all of the City streets designated as a through street or highway by Codified Ordnance Section 413.02. Read Codified Ordnance Section 451.17 Snow Emergency.
