A 19-year-old Kerhonkson man is facing multiple charges, including felony strangulation, after police responded to a domestic dispute in Saugerties on the afternoon of November 30. Following an investigation into the incident, Leon M. Kellerhouse was taken into custody and charged with second-degree strangulation, unlawful imprisonment, and third-degree assault. He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and later transported to Kingston for arraignment. Tags: members
