RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is investigating after a man was shot and killed Saturday night in the 300 block of Percival Road.

Deputies say they responded to the area around 10 p.m. on November 29, 2025, after receiving reports of a shooting.

When they arrived, deputies say they found an unresponsive man lying in a parking lot with a gunshot wound to the upper body. EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.

The sheriff’s department says the suspect or suspects fled before deputies arrived.

No further details about the victim or potential suspects have been released.
