A former salesman at a Chrysler dealership in Clinton Township and his co-defendant appear ready to plead guilty to a reduced federal charge in relation to allegations they provided employee discounts to non-eligible customers, according to court documents.
Apollon Nimo and Farrah Bottris Bahoo are scheduled for a plea hearing and sentencing Friday in front of Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Stafford in U.S. District Court in Detroit less than three weeks after U.S. Attorneys filed a “superseding information” document in the case that appears to replace a federal charge of conspiracy to commit wire fraud with a misdemeanor charge of unlawful transfer of a means of identification.
