Some Triad high schools are having their final football games rescheduled due to inclement weather.

Here are the new dates and times for this week's games:

4A East Regional Final: No. 2 West Craven vs. No. 1 Reidsville (7 p.m. Thursday)

7A West Regional Final: No. 2 Weddington vs. No. 1 Grimsley (7 p.m. Thursday)

6A West Regional Final: No. 2 Northern Guilford vs. No. 1 Watauga (7:30 p.m. Friday)

2A West Regional Final: No. 2 Starmount vs. No. 1 Murphy (7:30 p.m. Friday)
