The deadline to file a claim and potentially get money as part of a $177 million AT&T settlement is approaching.

The settlement is in connection with two separate data breaches that AT&T announced last year, triggering litigation. The parties involved agreed to settle earlier this year, and AT&T has denied any wrongdoing and claims alleged in the lawsuit, settlement administrators said in August .

The deadline to file a claim was extended by a month from the previous deadline of Nov. 18. Now, people who believe they may be due a payment have until Dec. 18 to submit a claim form. If you’re submitting a claim form by mail, it must be postmarked on Dec. 18 at the latest.
