MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - As we head through the afternoon and evening hours, low stratus clouds remain in place. Temperatures only managed the middle 20s for highs this afternoon, and will remain fairly steady tonight due to warm-air advection out ahead of a cold front. Lows will drop down a few degrees into the low 20s and potentially upper teens for some.
