SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Officers arrested 17-year-old Manuel Hernandez on Nov. 21 at around 7:40 p.m.

At 8400 Millicent Way, while on patrol, officers reportedly saw Hernandez acting inappropriately with a juvenile female.

According to the Shreveport Police Department, Hernandez was taken into custody and sent to juvenile authorities for charges related to obscenity.
