SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Michael Allen, 18, has been identified as the victim who died in a shooting on Clyde Fant Parkway Monday night (Dec. 1), according to Shreveport police.
The shooting is connected to a second shooting that also happened Monday night, police said. Within one hour, Shreveport police responded to three shootings throughout the city.
“What we can say right now is that we do believe that the individuals inside of that car were the target,” said SPD spokesperson, Cpl. Chris Bordelon.

Allen was driving northbound along Clyde Fant Parkway around 7:20 p.m. when another vehicle approached his car and and someone inside started firing, killing him in the process, police said.
