John Richard Nulle, 76, a beloved husband, father, and decorated Marine, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in Cheyenne.

A memorial begins at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, at the American Legion. All friends and family are welcome.

John was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, on April 4, 1949, to Robert Walter Nulle and Kathryn Anna Gilpin. His childhood was spent in Powell, Wyoming, then moved to Gillette in 1968.

John was a proud and dedicated Marine, serving in the United States Marine Corps from Sept. 1969 to June 1975 as an RF-4 Phantom Aerial Reconnaissance Photographer, a Marine Drill Instructor and an Aerial Reconnaissance Instructor.
