It’s that time of the year again. We put our wins and losses aside, bury the hatchet, wipe the slate clean and so on and so forth, because the year is coming to an end, and likely, so is our patience. All there’s left to do now is drink, dine, and make merry. The hospitality industry possibly knows this — why else are all openings clubbed into Q3? But we’re not complaining.
