A Calvert City man was arrested Saturday on a variety of drug and other charges.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday they stopped a vehicle on US 68 West operated by 55-year-old Bronson Moore, Sr. Moore was first arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substances.

Moore was also found to be in possession of a bag of methamphetamine and a bag of marijuana.

He was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, no registration plates and no license to be in possession.
