SUMMERFIELD, Fla. (WCJB) - Detectives with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man after investigating multiple reports of sexual violence in Summerfield.

They say Dionne Le Trell Southall, 30, raped two women in separate incidents earlier this year.

Officials say the investigation began May 25 after the first victim reported a sexual battery incident near 17800 SE 109th Ave.

The victim told officers she received a Facebook friend request from a white man named “Chris Rous” and communicated with him for three days before arranging to meet in person.

The victim said she met “Chris” behind a business and found Southall, who was behind the fake Facebook profile, hiding in the bushes. He demanded she remove her clothes, threatened her with a knife and forcibly raped her.
