CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Friends and well-wishers can send cards and notes of support to West Virginia National Guard member Andrew Wolfe through the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department.
Wolfe, 24, of Martinsburg and Inwood, who remains in critical condition after being injured in a terrorist attack near the White House that killed fellow Guardsman Spc. Sarah Beckstrom, 20, of Webster Springs.
