Police in the US have concluded a major manhunt for a missing four-year-old who authorities think was kidnapped by his 12-year-old sister. Nevin Powell disappeared from his home in Milwaukee on Tuesday night after being last spotted with his sister by his guardian. Authorities confirmed both siblings were located "safe and well" on Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators previously said 12-year-old Sanuya Wooten-Powell could be armed with a weapon and suggested the pair could be travelling in a silver or light blue Hyundai Santa Fe with no licence plate. Sanuya was already wanted by police for arrest to a battery officer, the Daily Mail reports.
