STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. — A man was arrested and charged with murder on Wednesday for allegedly beating another man to death at a home in Stone Mountain.

DeKalb County deputies said they arrested 33-year-old Justin Scott Waters in Decatur on Wednesday and charged him with felony murder after they say he physically assaulted Taha Ibrahim Tahanur during an altercation at a Stone Mountain home on Dunleith Court.

Deputies said the alleged beating took place on Nov. 17.
