FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A cold front will continue its trek southeastward through the evening, bringing the occasional snow flurries and mild temperatures with it.
Overnight we’ll drop into the teens with highs Thursday in the low 20s under partly sunny skies. It will get even colder Thursday night into Friday morning with lows expected near or a little below zero. The record low temperature for Friday is -2º and our forecast is for a low of -1º! Fortunately, wind does not look to be high enough to pose much of a wind chill threat. Even a light breeze could put us in the -5º to -10º range, though there are no longer any convincing indications it will get much colder than that.
Temperatures will warm into the mid to upper 20s Friday afternoon, followed by highs in the upper 20s to low
