LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officer was arrested on several counts relating to domestic violence.

Metro police said in a news release on Wednesday that Officer Chandler Pike is facing five charges including strangulation and threat of force. Pike was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on November 28.

Pike has been with the department since 2020 and is assigned to the “community safety division” in the Enterprise Area Command.

Pike was placed on suspension without pay pending further investigation, Metro said.

No other details have been released at this time.
