IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) - Iowa signed ESPN’s 31st ranked 2026 recruiting class on National Signing Day as high school players across the state put pen to paper to fulfill their college football dreams.
Among the Hawkeyes’ top prospects is a defensive back from Omaha, Darion Jones, who said the moment felt surreal.
“It’s unreal. I feel like I take it for granted. This was my dream growing up and now it’s here and it’s amazing,” Jones said.
