A person was hospitalized with minor injuries after they and another person left an Orange Line train that was stopped just outside a station on Wednesday, the MBTA said.
The incident began at around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, as an Orange Line train was stopped approaching Roxbury Crossing, according to the transit agency.
“The train doors opened on the platform side while the train was just outside the station. While the doors were open, the train never moved. … Two passengers exited the train into the track area – they did not fall out, but exited on their own,” an agency spokesperson said, referring to a social media report that a person “fell out” of the stopped train.
