TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - On Wednesday, Dec. 3, the Arizona Corporation Commission approved an Energy Supply Agreement between TEP and Humphrey’s Peak Power LLC for a proposed data center in Pima County.
Commissioner Rachel Walden voted against the agreement, which passed 4-1.
“An Energy Supply Agreement is a legal contract between an energy producer and a customer for buying and selling energy, with terms for delivery and payment outlined in a legally binding document,” the ACC said in a release.
