Another day of large-scale IndiGo flight cancellations and delays hit lakhs of passengers across the country as the airline continued to grapple with one of its most severe operational breakdowns. Behind the chaos seems to be IndiGo's struggles to adapt to the stringent new crew rostering rules that came into force in November. An IndiGo spokesperson admitted that the implementation of updated crew rostering rules (Flight Duty Time Limitations) was one of the factors that impacted the operations.
