A superbike star has broken his silence on nearly dying and learning to walk again following a horror crash which left him "touch and go" in an induced coma.
Callum Grigor was left battling to survive after a terrifying collision on Saturday, September 6, at Donington Park during the Pirelli National Superstock Championship race.
The 27-year-old from Wishaw was thrown off his bike when he struck Manx star Nathan Harrison at 90mph while approaching Goddards Corner, following a brake failure caused by an earlier collision in the race. Data from Callum's bike showed he tried everything he could to slow down, but nothing worked.
