LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Kentucky State Police (KSP) arrested one person Wednesday while they were helping with traffic enforcement.
KSP said they did a "one-day traffic enforcement operation" where several drivers were stopped and issued either citations or courtesy notices.
However, they arrested one driver who is accused of fleeing them. The driver, who KSP identified as 24-year-old Jonathan Galloway, is facing numerous charges. They are:
Wanton endangerment
Wanton endangerment of a police officer
Driving under the influence (DUI)
Leaving the scene of an accident
Assault
Driving on a DUI-suspended license
Speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit in a restricted zone
Fleeing or evading police
Reckless driving
Police said Galloway posed a significant danger to the comm
