PHOENIX (AZFamily) — An Arizona grandmother went viral for offering to pay for a stranger’s medicine without hesitation and had her kindness repaid by that very stranger. Now, she’s thanking the public for the outpouring of love and support.

Social media influencer Jimmy Darts approached 86-year-old Connie at a Walmart, asking the grandmother if she would help him buy medicine.

Without hesitation, Connie pulled out cash to give to Darts once he asked.

“I knew what he went through because I have gone through that. I gave him $20 to go and pay for his Tylenol, aspirin,” she said.

After Connie said yes, Darts then decided to give her a generous gift that took her by surprise.
