On Friday, significant travel disruptions hit Madhya Pradesh as 85 IndiGo flights were abruptly canceled, sending thousands of travelers into a state of inconvenience, according to local officials.

These disruptions affected several airports, notably Indore's Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar, a prime hub in the state. Director Sunil Maggirwar reported 49 scheduled movements being impacted, with 25 departures and 24 arrivals canceled. Bhopal's Raja Bhoj airport director, Ramji Awasthi, noted that 18 out of 28 IndiGo flights were canceled, affecting passenger plans significantly. Similar scenes unfolded in Jabalpur and Khajuraho, with further cancellations causing travel chaos.
