The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Raylyn Felix who is missing and was last seen at 11:15 a.m. Dec. 2 near Baseline and El Dorado.

She was last seen wearing a black Hello Kitty hoodie, black shorts and black shoes.

Felix is a Hispanic female with brown hair, brown eyes, standing 5’ feet 9 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds.
