The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Charles Freeman who is missing and was last seen around 8 a.m. Dec. 3 in the area of Horne and Brown. It is unknown what he was last wearing.

Freeman is an white male with dyed red and black hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds.
