The Pinal County Board of Supervisors on Wednesday reappointed Constance Jackson of The Villages at Rancho El Dorado to the county’s Merit System Commission for a four-year term.
Supervisor Rich Vitiello (R-Maricopa), who re-appointed Jackson, called her a “wonderful woman” to work with over the years.
“She is just the epitome of a beautiful person who just reaches out to our community in the city of Maricopa and outside of the city of Maricopa. I’ve had many, many years to deal with her and I can go on for hours telling how wonderful she is because she is,” he said during the meeting . “It’s so easy to reappoint her to the Merit System Commission.”
The commission acts as an appeals board for employee disciplinary actions, such as terminations, by county department heads or elect
