The newest reports show a mix of spotless checks and a handful of minor violations that were corrected on site.

Multiple restaurants cited for missing certified food managers

Three Maricopa establishments were marked excellent despite missing a certified food protection manager during their November inspections. Health codes require a trained and accredited manager to be on duty to ensure proper sanitation and prevent cross-contamination.
