NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Metro Nashville Police Department announced the arrest of a felon found with a loaded gun, drugs and cash on Thursday.
The Marshal Service Fugitive Task Force arrested 39-year-old Corey Adkisson at a home on Niagara Drive on outstanding warrants.
A search warrant was executed on the home, and the following was found, according to police:
A loaded semi-automatic pistol
6.5 grams of mushrooms
3.5 grams of cocaine
51.5 grams of Xanax
$10,335 cash
“In addition to the outstanding warrants, Adkisson is charged with felon in possession of a weapon, gun possession in the commission of a dangerous felony, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and Schedule I & 4 narcotics,” MNPD said.
Adkisson is being held on a $120,000 bond. Police said he has a prior
