Community members were at St. Bartholomew Church in Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, on Friday night to participate in a bingo game that aimed to support those in need of food ahead of the holiday season.
The event, named Bingo Lingo, put a twist on the traditional bingo game, letting participants sing some of their favorite songs during the game.
Prizes, additional chance games, and an opportunity for fellowship, fun and community were also featured as part of the event.
Tickets to the event were $30, each going toward purchasing meals for the community. For every ticket purchased, the Mercer County Food Bank would be able to distribute 60 meals.
