Newly released data from Realtor.com for September shows that potential buyers and sellers in Erie County saw lower home sale prices than the previous month's median of $225,000.

The median home sold for $200,000, an analysis of data from Realtor.com shows. That means September, the most recent month for which figures are available, was down 11.1% from August.
