HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) -Henrico police are investigating an accident that caused a power outage in the 7400 block of Three Chopt Road.

Three Chopt Road will remain closed between Skipwith Road and Westham Parkway for approximately 5 to 8 more hours. Power is currently out in the area, and crews are working to restore it.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area and take alternate routes.
