A car fire has caused the M25 to be blocked with traffic held on Saturday (December 6). The vehicle blaze occurred on the M25 clockwise.

Traffic monitoring site Inrix reported: "All traffic being temporarily held and stationary traffic due to car fire on M25 clockwise from J26 A121 (Waltham Abbey) to J27 (M11 Interchange).

"Traffic was held just before 13:45," reports Essex Live . The car, believed to be a Porsche burst into flames sending thick plumes of smoke billowing across the carriageway.
