HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. ( WWSB ) - An 18-year-old has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the October shooting death of a 17-year-old in Town & Country.

Hillsborough County deputies arrested Cordaryl Johnson Jr. for his role in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trevon Johnson. Johnson Jr. faces charges of second-degree murder, armed burglary, and robbery with a firearm.

Update on alleged Bradenton cell phone crook

Deputies responded to a 911 call on Oct. 21 regarding a shooting in the 10,000 block of Country Hollow Drive in Town & Country. They found Trevon Johnson dead from gunshot wounds.
