The arctic is quickly becoming the next frontline in Russia's hybrid war with NATO, one expert has warned. Steve Horrell, a senior fellow at the Centre for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), emphasises that Arctic militarisation should be understood in the context of a decade-long “information confrontation” waged by Moscow .
