LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington police are investigating a stabbing that happened on Stanton Way Friday night.

Officers got to the scene near the Shell gas station off Newtown Pike just before 11 p.m.

They found a man who had been stabbed. He was transported to the hospital and is expected to recover from his injuries.

Officers didn’t have any suspect information.
