Liverpool were unable to bounce back from the disappointment of dropping points in midweek as they failed to win yet another Premier League match. The Reds were held to a 3-3 draw with Leeds United, on Saturday, having held the lead going into stoppage-time.

Arne Slot's side took the lead in the second half with a goal from Hugo Ekitike , who quickly gave Liverpool a two-goal advantage just a couple of minutes later. There was to be more drama late in the second half, though.
