One of Michigan football's secret weapons to its offensive line is on the move.

Juan Castillo, an offensive analyst who's specialty is te offensive line room, is finalizing a deal to join Syracuse's staff as its full time offensive line coach, according to ESPN's Pete Thamel.

Castillo also worked in Ann Arbor as an analyst in 2019 and was added during the bowl prep last year. He was lauded by players and staff alike as a veteran with a ton of experience who helped explain details of the position in unique ways.
