BUFFALO, N.Y. — It's no secret that there are multiple challenges facing the city of Buffalo the moment mayor-elect Sean Ryan is sworn in on January 1.
The mayor-elect acknowledges a lot has to happen before he's sworn in.
"We are trying to get as much information as possible before we enter office on January 1, because we want to come into office at a full sprint," Ryan said.
The City's finances are a top priority for Ryan and his incoming Deputy Mayor Benjamin Swanekamp.
