Cleveland (3-9) is 2-3 at home but boasts a 4-1 record against the spread at Huntington Bank Field. The Browns are coming off a 26-8 loss to the San Francisco 49ers at home Sunday in quarterback Shedeur Sanders’ first NFL start.
