IndiGo is putting effort to get the operations back to normal as the company updated on its X account, stating that over 1,650 flights were up, compared to 1,500 yesterday. The company said 137 out of 138 destinations are in operation.
The air carrier said that its on-time performance was 75%, up from 30% yesterday. The airline is offering full waivers on cancellation and rescheduling requests for bookings till 15 December.
IndiGo said that the refund and luggage process is in full action.
On the other hand, the ministry of civil aviation said that it has taken several measures of swift restoration of airline operations and passenger facilitation.
