New Delhi, Dec 7: IndiGo has announced significant progress in restoring its flight operations, with over 1,650 services back in the air today, compared to 1,500 on the previous day. The airline reported that 137 out of its 138 destinations are operational and on-time performance has improved to 75%, a steep rise from just 30% yesterday.
IndiGo reiterated that passengers will receive a complete waiver on cancellations and rescheduling for bookings up to December 15. Refunds and baggage sorting are being expedited as the carrier continues “round-the-clock” efforts to resume full normalcy.
